Dept. of Life Science
The Department of Life Science is actively involved in a wide range of basic, translational and clinical research projects to provide State-of-the-art education program for life science students. Currently, the Department of Life Science has 13 full-time faculty members, 2 administrative staff, and about 300 students including 220 in undergraduate program, 45 in the MS program and 30 in the Ph.D. program. We have moved in a brand new building that equipped with modern facilities for cell biology and biotechnology research. Faculties in our Department are working on diverse fields from nano-biotechnology to organisms (briefly described below). Please browse our website to learn more about our research.
